Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Daily Health Checklist mobile application and related public information pages operated by OSTROWSKY SP Z O O (“OSTROWSKY”, “we”, “us”, or “Service Provider”).
Information Collection
The Application does not collect, log, store, sell, or share personal information when you download or use it. Registration is not required. Habit lists, completion states, custom targets, schedules, reminders, settings, sound or haptic preferences, day start time, and streak history are intended to remain on your device.
Local Device Data
Any wellness habit information you enter into the Application is stored locally on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise. OSTROWSKY does not operate a user account system for this app and does not maintain a server-side copy of your habit records.
Technical Connectivity
If the Application or website is used with an active internet connection, basic technical protocol data may be transmitted as part of normal network communication. OSTROWSKY does not retain this data for tracking, profiling, or advertising.
Location Information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third Parties
Because the Application does not collect personal information, OSTROWSKY does not share personal app data with third parties.
Data Retention
OSTROWSKY does not collect or store personal data from normal use of Daily Health Checklist. Because we do not receive your habit records, there is no personal app data for OSTROWSKY to retain.
Habit records and settings are intended to stay locally on the user’s device.
The app does not require accounts, profiles, dashboards, or authentication for basic use.
OSTROWSKY does not sell personal data or use app records for advertising profiles.
Data Deletion
Since OSTROWSKY does not collect or keep personal app data, we generally have no app records to delete on our side. You can delete locally stored information by using any available clear/reset option inside the app, clearing the app’s local storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application.
If you voluntarily contact OSTROWSKY by email or another direct channel, you may request deletion of that communication information by contacting support@ostrowsky.it.com.

Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. OSTROWSKY does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure from OSTROWSKY systems is minimal. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should also protect their own device with appropriate device-level security.
Changes to this Policy
OSTROWSKY may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
